You may cancel your booking from My Booking page at any time before the scheduled tour’s start.
Full refund will be issued only if cancellation is made 12 hours or more in advance of the tour start time.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour start time, or in no-show cases (failure to appear at the meeting point at the agreed time + 15 min).
Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 12 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability.
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) and can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Kawagoe Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, public safety issues, guide illness). In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date/time will be offered at no extra cost.
